CY10 precision balances are designed for accurate mass determination in laboratory and industrial workflows. The series covers capacities from 1 to 120 kg and includes compact balances for smaller samples as well as larger platforms for heavier or bulkier loads.

The balances are operated through a PUE CY10 terminal with a 10″ colour touchscreen. Its software supports routine weighing, dosing, formulation, parts counting, statistical control and labelling. Up to two weighing platforms can be operated from one terminal.

Capacity and weighing configurations

The CY10 Series includes single-range and dual-range models with readability from 0.01 to 2 g. Dual-range balances provide finer readability in the lower weighing range while retaining a higher maximum capacity. Three weighing-pan formats are available:

• 195 × 195 mm for capacities up to 20 kg
• 300 × 300 mm for capacities up to 30 kg
• 400 × 500 mm for capacities up to 120 kg

Databases can store goods, customers, recipes and other records used during weighing and labelling. RFID tags compliant with ISO/IEC 14443 Type A can identify users, products or recipe ingredients.

Labelling

The CY10 can be used as a labelling scale. It supports Label Editor R02 software, ZEBRA printers and single, bulk and bulk-from-bulk labels. Label designs can be imported or exported using a USB flash drive and assigned to specific goods or customers.

Connectivity and automation

Available interfaces include USB-A, USB-C, RS 232, HDMI, Ethernet, Wi-Fi® and hotspot connectivity. Modbus TCP/IP enables integration with industrial automation systems. A PLC can obtain mass values and perform functions such as zeroing, taring and threshold management.

Model selection guide

• Choose CY10.1.D2.K or CY10.2.D2.K when 0.01 g readability is required.
• Select D2 models for compact loads up to 20 kg.
• Select F1 models when a larger 300 × 300 mm weighing surface is needed for loads up to 30 kg.
• Select C2 models for heavier or bulkier loads requiring a 400 × 500 mm platform.
• Choose a dual-range model when finer readability is required for lighter loads together with a higher maximum capacity.
• Models marked M2 provide a single-range configuration.
