Nepārtrauktas plūsmas reaktori / mikroreaktori

Plūsmas reaktori (mikroreaktori) ir ierīces, kurās ķīmiskās reakcijas notiek mikrokanālos. Mikroreaktori ir nepārtrauktas plūsmas reaktori (atšķirībā no periodiskās darbības reaktoriem), kuros ķīmiskā reakcija notiek nepārtraukti (plūsmas sintēze). Mikroreaktoriem ir daudz priekšrocību salīdzinājumā ar parastajiem periodiskās darbības reaktoriem, tostarp ievērojami uzlabota siltuma pārnese, lielāka reakcijas kinētikas kontrole, lielāka produktivitāte (mazāk blakusreakciju un piemaisījumu), uzlabota ekspluatācijas drošība un augstāka energoefektivitāte.
Mēs piedāvājam dažādas mikroreaktoru sistēmas, kas izgatavotas no borsilikāta stikla, keramikas (silīcija karbīda SiC) un 3D printēta metāla (nerūsējošā tērauda). Izmēru ziņā piedāvājam plūsmas reaktorus, kas ir piemēroti laboratorijām – reakcijām no miligramiem līdz gramiem (LABTRIX®, GRAMFLOW®), eksperimentālajām pētniecības iekārtām – reakcijām no gramiem līdz kilogramiem (KILOFLOW®, PROTRIX®), kā arī ražošanas vajadzībām – reakcijām no kilogramiem līdz vairākām tonnām (PLANTRIX®).

Labtrix® Start is a manual, low cost platform for laboratory based optimization of reactions within glass micro reactors. It is delivered with two to five pumps, employing three feed lines and is suitable for type reactions up to A+B=P1+Q=P.

Three different models are available employing PEEK, PPS or ETFE wetted parts, depending on the level of chemical resistance required against corrosive and hazardous reagents. Vairāk informācijas

Labtrix®-S1 System (supplied with laptop and software) is a fully automated, standardized platform for laboratory based reaction screening using continuous flow chemistry, including optimization, kinetic data generation, process feasibility studies, process validation and additive screening. It can perform several hundred experiments per day with minimal use of raw materials (< 50 mg for 100 data points) and is delivered with 5 different pre-defined micro reactors, enabling a diverse range of (hazardous) synthetic reactions. Each system includes five pumps (pumps 4 and 5 can be linked for continuous delivery), automated sample collection for 30 vials and is suitable for type reactions up to A+B+C=P1+D=P2+Q=P.

en - Fabricated from borosilicate glass, GramFlow® flow reactors have integrated pre-heat & heat exchange giving optimal thermal control for challenging flow chemistry applications. The system can process up to 1200 grams per day.

KiloFlow® is a pilot flow reactor system (flow reactor used in combination with pumps, heat exchangers, temperature control and pressure regulation) that is designed to readily access extreme temperatures (-15 °C to 150 °C), reaction times and pressure conditions (up to 20 bar). KiloFlow® enables previously ‘forbidden’ transformations to be executed within a conventional laboratory, and is ideal for up-scaling with no change in mixing efficiency.

Two sizes of reactor modules are available. A single channel reactor with a volume of 0.8 ml (RS) and a parallel channel reactor with a volume of 6.5 ml (RL). Plantrix® industrial flow reactors are modular ceramic reactors for the performance of continuous flow reactions at ton scale. Using 3M™ Silicon Carbide, Plantrix® reactors are suitable for chemically challenging reactions under extreme processing conditions such as fast, highly exothermic reactions, reactions with aggressive media, reactions employing unstable intermediates or hazardous reactions not accessible under batch conditions.

Chemtrix
3D-printed flow reactors, made of 316L stainless steel, are ideal for high pressure (<100 bar) and high temperature (-100°C to 300°C) flow chemistry applications.

Chemtrix supplies a range of standard 3D printed metal flow reactors, suited for process development and production on kilo-scale. The possible customization of the 3D printed reactors also enables a scale-up to production scale.
