The ONE platform is Solaris’ entry level system for batch, fed batch or continuous processes. The compact ONE platform offers multiple autoclavable vessel sizes and designs and is fully configurable, built with high-quality components and offered at a competitive price. Different gas mixing strategies with up to 5 TMFC or up to 4 rotameters as well as pH, dO2, antifoam, level and temperature controls are available. The ONE platform is equipped with a smart controller for a high level of automated management of the fermentation / cultivation processes.

Typical applications include education & basic research, process development & optimization as well as scale-up & scale-down studies.
