MIA 2020 is a fully automatic densimeter for the determination of Alcoholic Strength by Volume (ASV) in a distillate. The ASV is shown on a large graphic LED screen together with the temperature, density at 20°C and repeatability.

Standard equipment: power supply, 1 hydro repellent floater, Accredia RMP certified hydroalcoholic solution, double wall cylinder.

The floaters are interchangeable in mass and volume. It is possible to use two different floaters to determine the relative density of a must or a wine, to prevent sample pollution. The suspension wire is made of non-magnetic and stainless material, with a diameter less than or equal to 0.20mm, to avoid problems caused by the surface tension, by the wire’s own volume and by the electrostatic charges.

Gibertini's SO2 meter is an automatic titrator for the determination of the total and the free Sulphur dioxide (SO2) content in white, rosé, red wine and musts in the range of 1 to 300 mg/liter. It allows to extract and bond free sulphurous dioxide from wine into a water-like, colourless solution which can then be titrated with the SO2 gravimeter. More information

Gibertini's multiparametric analyzer – Winematic – is designed for the proper control of the vinification processes. On the base of enzymatic reactions, a high number of parameters are analyzable. All devices are compliant with OIV resolutions.

Gibertini’s latest generation of multiparametric analyzers can analyze up to 60 samples per hour and run up to 120 tests per hour. The systems work fully automatically and perform test on up to 13 parameters at the same time.

Mastermind Q.F.T. is a laboratory instrument for the analysis of wine filterability indices and the Fouling Index of water. The accurate weight test enables the calculation of the most interesting wine and water indices completely automatically and also allows for temperature checks.

Mastermind Q.F.T. records the temperature at which tests have been carried out, enabling an accurate comparison of the data collected by the instrument at many different times. Moreover, the test parameters can be edited in order to analyze filterability indices in special applications (e.g. juices).

The instrument’s heart is a precision balance specifically developed for this application. The dedicated software is included. The results are highly repeatable due to the high standardization of the instrument.

Gibertini's distilling units for the determination of the alcoholic strength by volume in wines, musts and spirits and of the volatile acidity according to the official method of OIV (International Organisation of Vine and Wine). Units are equipped with an intelligent control panel and an integrated steam generator with cartridge for demineralization and direct connection to the water tap, so that distilled water is no longer required.
